The Machete Fight

So at the clinic the other day a man came in with severe machete wounds across his skull and face. Apparently this is a relatively common occurrence at our clinic. Two men will get in a machete fight--striking each other a few times in the head and face before declaring a truce so that both parties can travel to the clinic to get stitched up.

What about the man who came into our clinic the other day? Well, he was wounded in the head and face BY HIS SON. Surprisingly, it is also quite common for the machete fights to be between family members.

A note to parents: keep this in mind when you complain about your children not behaving. At least they're not hacking at your face with a machete!
